Perfil do nível de F2-isoprostano após 5 dias de administração de café robusta em doses estáveis ​​em indivíduos praticantes de exercício físico

Resumo

Este estudo tem como objetivo analisar o efeito do café Dampit robusta nos níveis de F2-isoprostano influenciados por ERO devido ao exercício excessivo. Este estudo foi experimental com desenho de grupo controle pré e pós-teste com administração de café. A amostra total foi de 18 homens destreinados ou sedentários, divididos em dois grupos: grupo café (COF, n=9) e grupo controle/placebo (PLB, n=9). O grupo COF recebeu 2 xícaras de café filtrado por dia (100 ml/xícara) em intervalos de 12 horas durante 5 dias. Ambos os grupos realizaram exercício físico com teste do degrau no dia 6. Amostras de sangue foram coletadas antes e duas horas após o exercício. A concentração de F2-isoprostano foi analisada utilizando o biomarcador F2-isoprostano e ELISA para medir o nível de peroxidação lipídica. Os resultados mostraram uma diminuição nos níveis de F2-isoprostano em ambos os grupos COF (pré: 1531,57±278,13 pg/mL; pós: 1367,6±230,24 pg/mL; p=0,110) e PLB (pré: 1716,65±501,19 pg/mL). ; pós: 1600,02±500,59 pg/mL; p=0,139) com maior diminuição no grupo COF. Entretanto, essa redução não foi significativamente diferente entre os grupos (p=0,734). Embora não seja significativamente diferente, os participantes do exercício tenderam a ter níveis mais baixos de F2-isoprostano após consumirem café robusta durante cinco dias numa dose estável. Portanto, mais pesquisas são necessárias para determinar as consequências fisiológicas da administração do café por um período mais longo de tempo e seu efeito na velocidade de recuperação.
