Apart from the dominance of teaching resources, it is necessary for school to create a positive social environment with the purpose of transforming our small school community into an efficient community educator. The educational domain of Community Services provides a good reference in both theory and practice for including social educators in school. Doubtlessly, this will foster a progressive professional profile of social educator in school. For developing this professional profile, school should bring in a new assistant area. It will enable the Educational Institution to define tasks, gender roles of the educators from various points of views. Finally, it may lead to reaching an institutional agreement on building the social educator figure in school to fulfil holistic education in the current social context.
