Abstract

Radical prostatectomy is a well known treatment for the prostate cancer, with low incidence of complications. Our case is a 54 years old patient diagnosed of prostate adenocarcinoma Gleason score 3+3=6 with 8ng/ml of PSA treated by retropubic prostatectomy suffered spontaneous perforation of the duodenum. We chose a conservative management, resolved in 30 days. All kind of complications must be taken into account in a surgical patient, performing the minimum test that allow to reach a certain diagnosis. The treatment is ussually the surgery or a conservative management depending the case and the patient.
