O efeito das modificações esportivas e dos minijogos na melhoria da condição física dos alunos do curso de Educação Física Adaptativa

Este estudo tem como objetivo determinar se há efeito das modificações esportivas e de jogos na melhoria da condição física dos alunos. Este tipo de pesquisa é uma pesquisa quantitativa com modelo experimental. A população deste estudo foram os alunos que cursaram o curso de educação física adaptativa no semestre de julho a dezembro de 2022. A técnica de amostragem utilizou a técnica censitária com um total de 90 alunos. Além disso, o teste t é usado para análise de dados. Com base nos resultados dos testes com diferentes amostras, mostra-se que a variável aptidão física no valor pré-teste do grupo experimental e do grupo controle possui valor t de 1,048 e valor de significância de 0,204 > 0,05, o que indica que há não houve diferença significativa entre o valor médio dos resultados do pré-teste do grupo experimental e os resultados do pré-teste do grupo controle nas variáveis de aptidão física. Enquanto isso, as notas pós-teste do grupo experimental e do grupo controle tiveram valor t de 7,69 e valor de significância de 0,000, indicando que houve diferença significativa na variável condição física entre os resultados. grupo e o grupo controle. grupo experimental e os resultados pós-teste do grupo controle. Com base nos achados do estudo, é possível concluir que modificações nos esportes e jogos têm impacto significativo no aumento da aptidão física dos alunos.
