Ergoespirometria e percussão corporal. Estudo de caso baseado no método BAPNE FIT

O objetivo deste trabalho é realizar um estudo de caso avaliando aspectos cardiorrespiratórios e ergoespirometria ou teste ergométrico com análise de gases utilizando percussão corporal segundo o método BAPNE. Um paciente de 43 anos com 182 centímetros de altura e 81,7 quilos foi estudado em um centro médico especializado para atletas dirigido pelo especialista em medicina esportiva Jeroni Llorca na Sport Clínica Arena de Alicante. O sujeito foi submetido a um teste de esforço em esteira Excite Technogym onde foi realizado um aumento de 0,6 km/h a cada minuto partindo de 4,0 km/h. Uma inclinação constante de 1% foi aplicada junto com monitoramento contínuo de ECG e análise de troca gasosa ventilatória (Blue-Cherry/Geratherm da Ergostix). As sessões do método BAPNE FIT duram 50 minutos, embora o estudo de ergoespirometria tenha durado 2 minutos para cada atividade a ser analisada. Durante esse processo, o sujeito foi avaliado realizando cinco diferentes atividades do programa BAPNE FIT (atividades motoras, rítmicas e cognitivas com dupla tarefa) com Step, faixas elásticas nas coxas e tornozelos, pesos em pulseiras e tornozeleiras e por fim atividades de percussão. com calçado Kangoo Boots. O indivíduo alcançou um consumo máximo de oxigênio VO2 PICO de 2,61 L/min a 32,0 mL/kg/min. Foi aplicada uma velocidade máxima de 10,0 km/h, atingindo 189 PPM com as atividades BAPNE FIT da FCM. Com tudo isso fica demonstrado que as atividades BAPNE FIT auxiliam e aumentam o consumo máximo de oxigênio, assim como a frequência cardíaca. Até o momento não há nenhum estudo deste tipo relacionado à percussão corporal, sendo este um primeiro estudo que poderá ser utilizado para estudos posteriores.
