Percussão corporal e atenção seletiva. Estudo quantitativo interdisciplinar por meio de atividades de neuromotricidade Método BAPNE baseado na dupla tarefa no Ensino Fundamental

O objetivo desta pesquisa foi verificar se, por meio das atividades de neuromotricidade do método BAPNE baseadas na dupla tarefa, a atenção seletiva e a concentração de alunos do 5º ano do Ensino Fundamental poderiam ser melhoradas. Utilizou-se uma abordagem quantitativa, com desenho quase-experimental inter-intrasujeito e com medidas repetidas antes e depois da intervenção (pré-teste-intervenção-pós-teste). A pesquisa foi realizada em dois centros educativos de Alicante (Espanha). A amostra foi composta por N=114 alunos entre 10 e 11 anos com características sócio-econômico-culturais semelhantes. Foi utilizado um tipo de amostragem não probabilística por conveniência, deixando a amostra dividida em grupo experimental (n=66) e grupo controle (n=48). A adaptação espanhola do teste de atenção d2 foi utilizada como instrumento de avaliação. Os dados estatísticos foram tratados através dos programas SPSS, JASP e Excel. A tomada de decisão estatística foi baseada em um nível de significância de alfa=0,05. A normalidade das amostras foi verificada, testes paramétricos e não paramétricos foram aplicados e o tamanho do efeito foi calculado. Os principais resultados da análise intra-sujeito foram estatisticamente significativos a favor do grupo experimental nas variáveis TRPOST (p=<.001), DifTR (p=<.001), TAPOST (p=.025), DifTA (p=.025 =. 021), CPOST (p=<.001), CDiff (p=.021), VARPOST (p=<.001), VARDiff (p=.002), TR+POST (p=<.001), e TRDif+ (p=<.001). Três variáveis que apresentaram diferenças no pré-teste foram invalidadas. A análise intra-sujeitos também foi favorável para o grupo experimental. Em conclusão, apresenta-se uma resposta afirmativa ao propósito desta pesquisa.
