Desenvolvimento do modelo de exercícios Run-Balance-Swim-Balance (RBS) na aprendizagem da educação física para melhorar a literacia física: um estudo especial sobre a tribo biak

Resumo

Introdução: O baixo nível de literacia física na província da Papua deve ser abordado através da educação física nas escolas. Por este motivo, este estúdio desenvolveu um modelo de exercício Run-Balance-Swim (RBS) baseado na etnografia para o tribu Biak.
Objectivo: Melhorar a literacia física dos alunos na Papua através do modelo de exercícios Run-Balance-Swim (RBS).
Metodologia: Foi utilizado um método de investigação e desenvolvimento para produzir um modelo de treino etnográfico apropriado para o tribu Biak. Neste estúdio participaram 100 ex-alunos da primária da tribu Biak, que se dividiram em grupo de teste em pequena escala (n=30 ex-alunos) e grande escala (n=70 ex-alunos). Os dados são recolhidos através de instrumentos de validação por dados ex-pertos (validação de conteúdo) e questionário de observação da literacia física e questionário de conhecimentos de literacia física (PLKQ) que foram passados ​​por eles questionados durante o pré-teste e o pós-teste. Os dados foram analisados ​​​​​​mediante o teste N-Gain Score para determinar a eficácia do modelo de treino Run-Balance-Swim (RBS).
Resultados: Os resultados do ensaio em pequena escala foram de 79,09% (bom), depois da revisão no ensaio em grande escala obtiveram um 88,37% (bom) com uma validade de 0,781. Estes resultados indicam que a aplicação do modo de exercício com um dado etnográfico tem uma elevada eficácia na melhor literacia física dos alunos do tribu Biak com um valor N-Gain Score de 0,807 (elevado) e um valor N-Ganho Percentagem = 80,73% (eficaz).
Discussão: Os resultados deste estúdio são semelhantes aos dos estudos anteriores que afirmam que a carreira, o treino para o equilíbrio e a nação são eficazes para melhorar a literacia física.
Conclusões: Sugere-se que o modelo de treino Correr-Balance-Nadar (RBS) pode ser implementado pelos professores de Educação Física na Papua, como um esforço para melhorar a literacia física.
