Qual é o modelo de aprendizagem da educação física na era digital? Revisão bibliográfica de diversos estudos

A era digital mudou o panorama da educação física (EF), com a tecnologia a desempenhar um papel importante no processo de aprendizagem. Este artigo faz uma revisão de vários estudos sobre a utilização da tecnologia na educação física para compreender as tendências, benefícios e desafios na implementação de modelos digitais de aprendizagem. A pesquisa neste estudo utilizou a aplicação Harzing Publish or Perish. A pesquisa foi iniciada na base de dados Scopus com as palavras-chave (“modelo de aprendizagem” AND “educação física” OR “educação desportiva” AND “era digital”). Inicialmente foram identificadas 12.654 publicações através da pesquisa nas bases de dados (Sco-pus: 2.831 artigos). Após seguir os critérios de exclusão, restaram apenas 10 artigos. A pesquisa foi realizada seguindo as diretrizes Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). A análise demonstrou que tecnologias como as aplicações móveis, o e-learning, a realidade virtual, os meios digitais e os videojogos podem melhorar a motivação, o envolvimento e a compreensão dos alunos. Contudo, é necessário ter em conta desafios como as limitações de infraestrutura, a preparação dos utilizadores e a possível redução de aspetos físicos na aprendizagem física. É, portanto, necessária uma abordagem equilibrada entre a utilização da tecnologia e a actividade física, bem como um apoio adequado para maximizar os benefícios da tecnologia na educação física. Recomenda-se mais investigação para explorar estratégias mais eficazes para integrar a tecnologia na aprendizagem da educação física em diferentes contextos. Embora existam muitos estudos na literatura sobre o desligamento das raparigas adolescentes na Educação Física (EF), a maioria apenas investiga as causas profundas, enquanto poucos tomam iniciativas para resolver os problemas inerentes.
