A segurança e a comodidade dos estádios de futebol na Indonésia: uma análise baseada na perspetiva dos espectadores

Resumo

Esta investigação tem como objetivo analisar os aspetos de segurança e comodidade nos estádios de futebol da Indonésia. Esta investigação de pesquisa analítica foi realizada em três estádios na Indonésia que têm normas da FIFA e são sempre utilizados em partidos nacionais ou internacionais para analisar e descrever os fatores das variáveis ​​de segurança e comodidade. Hubo cinco etapas neste estúdio: a primeira etapa foi a observação, a segunda etapa foi a recolha de evidências de artigos científicos, a terceira etapa foi a validação do instrumento com discussão em grupo focal (FGD), a quarta etapa foi a recolha de dados e a quinta etapa foram o relatório de investigação com artigos científicos. Além disso, hub seis dimensões da categoria da consulta, conhecimento, construção do estádio, segurança física, segurança social, comunicação e coordenação, recomendações e retroalimentação, e clareza para os espectadores. Os resultados de identificação inicial foram 3.090 espectadores, 2.408 homens e 682 mulheres. Teve entre 14 e 47 anos, com um avanço de 23,66 ± 7,2 anos. O número de visitas ao estádio num ano foi de duas a seis vezes. A experiência dos espectadores na visita a diferentes estádios foi de dois em sete estádios. O resultado seguinte, o teste de Kruskal-Wallis, mostrou o Asymp. O valor foi de 0,319>0,05, o que significa que não há diferenças nas respostas divertidas dos espectadores que visitam os três estádios. A publicação deste estúdio pode fornecer informações válidas e claras aos administradores dos estádios para que prestem mais atenção e se esfuercen para oferecer o melhor serviço aos espectadores de futebol. Porque indiretamente, os seguidores que olham para o partido brindarão um autarca apoio moral à equipa de futebol.
