A influência dos jogos condicionados reduzidos (SSCG) e dos padrões de interação nas ações táticas durante os ataques de futebol

Resumo

Objetivo: (1) Testar o efeito do treinamento SSCG com elaboração, (2) testar o efeito do treinamento SSCG com elaboração utilizando padrões de interação e (3) testar a diferença de influência entre os dois no aumento do desempenho da ação tática. Métodos: Utilizando um Experimento Verdadeiro com desenho de grupo controle pré-teste-pós-teste, a amostra foi composta por alunos da academia de futebol com idades entre 14 e 17 anos, com um total de 36 alunos divididos em três grupos: prática de SSCG com elaboração (G1), prática de SSCG com elaboração utilizando padrões de interação (G2) e grupo controle (G3). Utilizando um instrumento de testes (FUT-SAT), utilizamos apenas Action Outcome (AO) para a subcategoria ofensiva. Resultados: (1) Houve um efeito significativo após o tratamento de treinamento SSCG com elaboração, conforme evidenciado pela contagem t de -11,118, tabela t de 1,795 e p0,000<α0,05. (2) Há um efeito significativo após o tratamento de treinamento SSCG com elaboração utilizando padrões de interação, conforme demonstrado pela contagem t de -11,988. A tabela t é 1,795, p0,000<α0,05. (3) Houve diferença significativa na influência, conforme demonstrado pelo valor de F(35) = 65,445;p<0,000. Os resultados do teste Tukey HSD com índice de confiança (IC) de 95%; G1 e G2 (IC95%; [-11,51;-4,32],p<0,001), G1 e G3 (IC95%; [5,23,12,42],p<0,001) e G2 e G3 (IC95%; [ 13,15,20,34],p<0,001), indicou que G2 foi melhor que G1 e G3, e G1 foi melhor que G3. Prevemos que o efeito do SSCG na elaboração da situação do emprego pode melhorar as deficiências existentes se o SSCG for implementado separadamente. O padrão de interação proporciona o efeito de ordenar a direção, estabelecer dimensões e determinar tarefas durante o ataque para torná-lo mais dinâmico, direcionado e estruturado. Concluímos que vale a pena considerar e implementar esforços para melhorar o desempenho das ações táticas.
