Desenvolvimento integral das qualidades físicas dos jogadores de futebol no período preparatório

Resumo

A solução para o problema do desenvolvimento das qualidades físicas dos jovens jogadores de futebol pode ser obtida através da introdução de exercícios físicos gerais durante o período preparatório de treino. O objetivo é documentar o aumento do nível de aptidão física dos jovens futebolistas devido a treinos específicos. O estudo envolveu 44 jogadores de futebol do sexo masculino, entre 12 e 13 anos, que participavam da seção de futebol do Dínamo Moscou. A pesquisa foi realizada de 12 de janeiro a 28 de março de 2022. Foram aplicadas as seguintes provas: corrida de 30 m, corrida de vaivém, salto em distância, flexão na barra, teste de 6 minutos (corrida) e flexão para frente. A análise estatística foi realizada utilizando o software estatístico SPSS 20.0. O estudo foi realizado durante 11 semanas. As crianças do GC participaram do programa habitual de aulas de 90 minutos para jogadores de futebol de escolas esportivas. As crianças do GE realizaram diversos exercícios físicos para desenvolver determinadas qualidades físicas. Os resultados mostraram que com relação às comparações pré-pós, para os grupos experimental e controle, melhores resultados foram registrados após o pré-treinamento para corrida de 30 m (p < 0,001 e p=0,017, respectivamente), corrida de vaivém (ambos p < 0,001), salto em distância (ambos p < 0,001), flexões (ambos p < 0,001), teste de 6 minutos (ambos p < 0,001) e flexão para frente (ambos p < 0,001). Quanto às comparações pós-treinamento entre os dois grupos, o grupo experimental apresentou melhores desempenhos que o controle em shuttle running (p < 0,001), salto em distância (p < 0,001) e flexão para frente (p = 0,018), bem como para a variação do delta (ou seja, a diferença entre pré e pós para cada grupo) no teste de corrida de 30 m (p<0,001) e 6 min (p<0,001). Após os atletas do grupo experimental realizarem uma série especial de exercícios físicos para desenvolver as qualidades físicas, seu desempenho melhorou significativamente. Isto indica a eficácia das ferramentas e métodos utilizados para desenvolver qualidades físicas.
