Validade e confiabilidade do programa de treinamento de resistência muscular do braço em esportes de tiro com arco baseado no treinamento com peso corporal

Resumo

O tiro com arco é um esporte que envolve atirar flechas com um arco. O aspecto físico mais importante do tiro com arco é a resistência. Objetivo: Este estudo tem como objetivo examinar a validade de conteúdo e a confiabilidade do programa de treinamento de resistência muscular do braço. Os participantes envolvidos neste estudo foram 5 treinadores esportivos e 2 treinadores de tiro com arco licenciados nacionalmente. Alguns documentos também são utilizados nesta pesquisa. A abordagem utilizada é uma abordagem qualitativa e quantitativa mista. Este estudo foi dividido em quatro etapas: (1) análise qualitativa de e-books, livros didáticos e artigos relacionados, (2) avaliação do programa pela técnica Delphi, que envolve questionários de avaliação de especialistas em uma escala de 1 a 5 até a obtenção de consenso. , (3) testes de validade de conteúdo utilizando a fórmula CVR, (4) testes de confiabilidade utilizando alfa de Cronbach e ICC. Validade de conteúdo e valor alfa de Cronbach, com base nos resultados pode-se afirmar que o programa tem um valor de validade e confiabilidade muito bom e vale a pena ser ensinado a atletas. Com base nos resultados do teste de validade de conteúdo e do teste de confiabilidade, pode-se afirmar que o programa de treinamento de resistência muscular de braço possui bom valor, isso mostra que pode ser aplicado no treinamento de atletas de tiro com arco.
