Efeito da combinação do exercício cone (zigue-zague) com estabilidade do core, da combinação do exercício escada (salto de cobra) com estabilidade do core e velocidade na agilidade de jogadores de futsal: um planejamento experimental fatorial

O jogo de futsal, conhecido pela sua elevada intensidade e carácter dinâmico que exige habilidade e forte condicionamento físico, nomeadamente na agilidade, apresenta um desafio significativo. Acredita-se que a incorporação de variações de exercícios de cone e escada no treinamento de agilidade, com foco na melhoria do equilíbrio por meio do treinamento de estabilidade central, juntamente com a modulação de velocidade como fator chave, tenha impacto na agilidade dos jogadores. Apesar de reconhecer a importância individual destas modalidades de treino no aumento do desempenho da agilidade, permanece uma lacuna na compreensão completa dos seus efeitos combinados durante as atividades de futsal. Esta pesquisa busca examinar as diferenças grupais no treinamento de agilidade, considerando as variações de velocidade em relação aos níveis de agilidade dos jogadores de futsal. O estudo definiu os grupos de treinamento de agilidade como um grupo que combina cones com estabilidade central e um grupo que combina exercícios de escada com estabilidade central, enquanto a velocidade foi classificada como alta ou baixa. Utilizando metodologia experimental com desenho fatorial 2 x 2, o estudo recrutou 20 jogadores entre 17,1 ± 0,76 anos por meio de seleção aleatória. O treinamento de agilidade, realizado três vezes por semana durante um período de seis semanas, enfatizou movimentos rápidos e dinâmicos, além de manter o equilíbrio. As métricas de velocidade e agilidade foram avaliadas por meio do Teste de Aceleração de 30m e do Teste de Agilidade de Illinois, sendo posteriormente submetidas à análise estatística por meio de ANOVA bidirecional com nível de significância de 0,05. Os resultados mostraram que ambas as metodologias de treinamento beneficiaram os participantes com alta velocidade (P<0,05). Especialmente, resultados superiores foram observados no treinamento de agilidade incorporando exercícios de escada e treinamento de estabilidade central para atletas com alta velocidade (P<0,05). Por outro lado, os indivíduos com níveis mais baixos de velocidade foram capazes de beneficiar mais de uma combinação de exercícios de escada e estabilidade central, produzindo conclusões importantes para treinadores de futsal interessados em desenvolver programas de treino personalizados para melhorar eficazmente o desempenho em agilidade.
