Explorando a fronteira digital no treinamento esportivo: Perspectivas dos treinadores, fatores de influência e estudo de caso na Indonésia

Resumo

Este estudo tem como objetivo determinar a perceção dos treinadores sobre a entrada da digitalização do desporto e o efeito do género, idade, região, formação académica e experiência de formação na perceção da entrada da digitalização do desporto. Esta pesquisa trata-se de uma pesquisa quantitativa com método de levantamento transversal. O instrumento de coleta de dados utiliza um questionário cuja validade e confiabilidade foram testadas por meio do teste de correlação item total corrigido e do teste Alfa de Cronbach. A análise percentual foi utilizada para determinar a percepção do treinador, enquanto a regressão ordinal foi utilizada para determinar o efeito da variável independente sobre a variável dependente. Os resultados do estudo revelaram que 39,9% dos treinadores concordaram e 39,4% concordaram fortemente com a tecnologia digital no desporto. Dois indicadores de variáveis ​​independentes influenciam a percepção dos treinadores sobre a inclusão da digitalização no mundo do desporto: o nível de educação e a experiência de formação. Este estudo conclui que é essencial desenvolver a digitalização dos programas de formação; Isso está relacionado à comodidade dos treinadores e atletas em acompanhar o desenvolvimento dos programas de treinamento aluno-atleta.
