Resumo

Este artigo analisa as políticas e estratégias para a educação física nas escolas primárias, com foco específico na avaliação da sua eficácia e sustentabilidade na melhoria da qualidade geral da educação física. Empregando uma abordagem qualitativa que envolve uma revisão abrangente da literatura relevante, o estudo visa analisar e avaliar o impacto destas políticas e estratégias. As conclusões destacam elementos cruciais essenciais para uma educação física eficaz, tais como o desenvolvimento de um currículo abrangente, métodos de avaliação precisos, formação contínua de professores, apoio institucional e governamental, integração de tecnologia moderna, promoção de parcerias comunitárias e participação activa dos pais. As conclusões tiradas desta investigação destacam a importância crítica da implementação de políticas e estratégias sólidas para enfrentar os desafios existentes na educação física do ensino primário. Além disso, o estudo enfatiza o potencial para melhorias significativas na eficácia e sustentabilidade da educação física através da adopção e implementação destas medidas, abrindo assim o caminho para uma experiência educacional mais holística e benéfica para os alunos.
