Efeitos de um programa de treinamento físico de coordenação motora na condição física de crianças russas de 9 a 10 anos: ensaio clínico randomizado

Resumo

Introdução: A coordenação motora é uma habilidade fundamental na infância, dado o seu papel determinante no desenvolvimento de diversas qualidades físicas ao longo do crescimento humano. Objetivo: Analisar os efeitos de um programa de coordenação motora na condição física geral de estudantes russos de 9 a 10 anos. Material e Métodos: Ensaio controlado, paralelo e randomizado com cegamento simples realizado na escola secundária nº 52, entre 6 de setembro de 2022 a 18 de maio de 2023. Participaram 62 crianças da terceira série. Os alocados no grupo experimental foram submetidos a sessões de tarefas de coordenação motora duas vezes por semana, com duração de 40 minutos cada. A avaliação da condição física foi realizada por meio de testes específicos, incluindo "Arremesso de bola", "Corrida de vaivém 3 x 10m", "Cavalos mortais para frente" e "Ficar em uma perna só". A análise estatística utilizou o teste t de Student, sendo o tamanho do efeito determinado pelo 'd' de Cohen. Resultados: Comparado ao grupo controle, o grupo experimental apresentou aumento significativo nos testes de “Arremesso de bola” (9,1%; p<0,05; d=0,57), “Corrida de vaivém 3 x 10m” (14%; p< 0,05; d = 3,79), “Campanhas para frente” (17,7%; p < 0,05; d = 2,46) e “Ficar em uma perna só” (8,4%; p < 0,05; d = 0,83). Conclusão: Conclui-se que a implementação de um programa de exercícios físicos focado na coordenação motora pode gerar melhorias significativas na condição física geral.
