A influência do treinamento intervalado de alta intensidade na melhoria do desempenho fisiológico e do status social em um estilo de vida sedentário: revisão da literatura

Resumo

O treinamento intervalado de alta intensidade (HIIT) explodiu e se tornou a tendência de treino mais quente deste ano, proporcionando sessões de treino curtas e eficazes para moldar o corpo ideal. A Organização Mundial da Saúde (OMS) recomendou pelo menos 150-300 minutos de atividade física de intensidade moderada a 40-60% da FCM (frequência cardíaca máxima) ou 75-150 minutos de atividade física vigorosa/alta intensidade a 60-85%. % HRM por semana para manter e melhorar o condicionamento físico. Adultos. No entanto, as barreiras à actividade física frequentemente citadas são a “falta de tempo”, a baixa motivação e o não cumprimento das directrizes estabelecidas. Este estudo tem como objetivo descobrir quão grande é o efeito do HIIT na aptidão física, VO2Max e status social. O método utilizado é uma revisão de literatura, buscando artigos baseados em dados eletrônicos nos formatos PubMed, ScienceDirect e ProQuest. Os resultados da pesquisa mostram que o HIIT pode melhorar a aptidão física e ter um efeito positivo no status social de forma significativa e eficiente. A conclusão deste estudo é que o treinamento HIIT tem potencial significativo para melhorar a aptidão física, o VO2máx e o status social em adultos com estilo de vida sedentário.
