Os efeitos da carga de treinamento de bocha na inteligência emocional e na qualidade de vida de pessoas com paralisia cerebral

Resumo

O objetivo desta pesquisa foi determinar a correlação entre carga (volume) de treinamento de bocha com relação à qualidade de vida e inteligência emocional em pessoas com Paralisia Cerebral (PC). Neste estudo, participaram voluntariamente 165 pessoas com PC que apresentavam limitações graves de atividades nas pernas, braços e tronco (BC1). O tipo de desenho caracteriza-se por ser seccional-correlacional. Os participantes foram distribuídos em um dos grupos de bocha: G2 (2 horas/semana), G4 (4 horas/semana) e G6 (6 horas/semana). O Teste de Inteligência Emocional Schutte Self-Report (SSEIT) e o Questionário de Qualidade de Vida da Organização Mundial da Saúde WHOQOL-Bref avaliaram a inteligência emocional e a qualidade de vida desses pacientes, respectivamente. Para determinar o grau de associação foi utilizado o Coeficiente de Correlação de Pearson e aplicados ANOVA one-way e Bonferroni para comparar as variáveis ​​entre os grupos. A normalidade da amostra foi testada através do teste de Kolmogorov-Smirnov. Os resultados mostraram como a carga de treinamento é um fator condicionante dos níveis de qualidade de vida e inteligência emocional, identificando que quanto maior a carga, melhores serão os níveis dos parâmetros indicados. As dimensões da qualidade de vida: saúde física e psicológica são as que apresentam maior diferença entre o grupo G2 (saúde física: 19,61±6,83; psicológica= 18,71±5,37) e o grupo G4 (saúde física: 58,25±16,61; psicológica= 54,17±16,24). ) e G6 (saúde física: 61,56±8,85; psicológica= 56,29±3,48). Em relação à inteligência emocional, devemos destacar a dimensão percepção emocional como a que mais sofre influência da carga semanal de treino (G2: 27,78±3,51, G4: 38,20±1,90, G6: 39,76±2,66). Os resultados indicaram uma correlação moderada a forte entre o volume de treinamento de bocha e a inteligência emocional (0,842>r>0,744). e qualidade de vida (0,899>r>0,770). Com base nos resultados, e com o objetivo de otimizar os efeitos, recomenda-se a prática de Bocha em indivíduos com PC durante quatro dias por semana.
