Aptidão Física: Efeitos da internalização de um estilo de vida ativo através de um projeto baseado na literacia física

Resumo

Antecedentes e objetivo do estudo. A aptidão física é um importante indicador do estado de saúde atual e futuro dos estudantes universitários. Mas, na realidade, ainda existem muitos problemas relacionados com a má aptidão física. Portanto, este estudo tem como objetivo determinar e examinar como a internalização de um estilo de vida ativo por meio da conscientização da alfabetização física baseada na aprendizagem baseada em projetos pode melhorar a aptidão física. Materiais e métodos. Esta pesquisa utiliza o método experimental do tipo série temporal (desenho de série temporal equivalente). A população, bem como a amostra da pesquisa, eram todos estudantes de educação física da Universidade Lambung Mangkurat, inclusive no semestre 2022-2023 da programação do curso de alfabetização física, com um total de 140 pessoas. A amostra da pesquisa foi dividida em três turmas 1) turma A-1, numerada 48; 2) classe A-2, número 45; e 3) turma A-3, numerada 47. Todas as três turmas receberam intervenção em sala de aula na forma de internalização de um estilo de vida ativo por meio de aprendizagem baseada em projetos e conscientização sobre alfabetização física. O instrumento de coleta de dados deste estudo foi o teste TKPN (Student Fitness Test Nusantara) em 2022. Para análise dos dados foi utilizado o aplicativo SPSS versão 26. Resultados. Os resultados mostraram que houve aumento da aptidão física após o tratamento. Os resultados podem ser observados no valor médio do teste 3, que é 3,376 superior ao valor do teste 1, que é 2,936, e no teste 2 o valor médio é 3,051. A seguir, os resultados dos testes subsequentes utilizando o teste de Tukey apresentam um valor de significância de 0,000 < 0,05, portanto não há diferenças significativas entre o teste 1 e o teste 2. Conclusões. Os resultados do estudo fornecem informações de que a internalização de um estilo de vida ativo através da aprendizagem baseada em projetos e da conscientização sobre a alfabetização física pode melhorar a aptidão física. Portanto esses resultados podem ser utilizados e aplicados na educação física, principalmente para manutenção da aptidão física.
