Integração da inteligência emocional e da educação mental no desporto para melhorar a resiliência pessoal dos adolescentes

Resumo

Os adolescentes são os futuros líderes da nação, pelo que o seu ambiente imediato, incluindo as suas famílias, escolas e governo, deve promover-lhes um ambiente saudável, tanto física como mentalmente. Isto é necessário porque melhorar a condição psicológica de um adolescente é um dos investimentos mais cruciais para criar uma boa geração, mas cada vez mais jovens desenvolvem distúrbios psicológicos. Este estudo empregou um método de pesquisa pseudo-experimental. Os resultados do estudo no grupo de tratamento, conforme mostrado na tabela de resultados do "Teste de Amostras Pareadas" acima, indicam que o valor negativo da contagem t é -45,020. Essa diferença entre a média do pré-teste e a média do pós-teste é o que torna negativo o valor negativo da contagem t. Uma contagem t negativa pode se tornar positiva nesta situação. Como resultado, o valor t calculado é 45,020. Enquanto no grupo de controle, é evidente na tabela de resultados do "Teste de Amostras Pareadas" acima que o valor t negativo da contagem de -7760 t ocorre porque o valor médio do pré-teste é menor que o valor médio do pós-teste. Uma contagem t negativa pode se tornar positiva nesta situação. Consequentemente, o valor t calculado é agora -7,760. Embora ambos os grupos tenham impacto nos resultados pré e pós-teste, os resultados podem ser vistos se houver uma diferença considerável entre os grupos de tratamento e controle. Isto mostra que o grupo de tratamento que recebe educação mental obtém melhores resultados do que o grupo que não recebe tal tratamento. Os resultados de resistência pessoal pré e pós-teste dos adolescentes para cada grupo mostram isso.
