Emocionalidade na sala de aula de Educação Física pós-pandemia

Resumo

A pandemia tem causado diversas consequências na educação e na saúde dos escolares, sendo os efeitos psicológicos um dos mais preocupantes. A escola e principalmente os professores de Educação Física são chamados a desempenhar um papel importante no apoio emocional dos alunos. O objetivo deste estudo é analisar a percepção dos professores de Educação Física do ensino fundamental quanto ao ambiente emocional durante o retorno às aulas presenciais. A amostra de conveniência foi composta por 12 professores de Educação Física que atuavam no ensino fundamental e que atuaram nos anos de docência virtual e pós-pandemia. Foram utilizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas para recolher dados relacionados com a igualdade de género e anos de experiência. Das histórias emergem categorias associadas à emotividade na sala de aula, à lacuna de aprendizagem, à importância da interação professor-aluno, ao apoio emocional especializado, à comunicação eficaz e à regulação emocional. Os professores potenciam o compromisso com a contenção e avaliação do estado socioemocional e psicológico dos alunos, além de garantirem a incorporação de metodologias que considerem o trabalho emocional. Dentro da sala de aula, os professores reconhecem a importância da afetividade e da motivação no seu desdobramento didático, promovendo a aprendizagem por meio de um clima saudável em sala de aula.
