Abstract: In this paper we show the main results obtained in the evaluation of the third year (2011-2012) in a city youth sport program. We compare these results with those of the first year to analyze the program´s progress and its reasons. We have used a mixed methodology, through the questionnaires done for different stakeholders (students, parents, PE teachers and monitors) and interviews with coordinators and monitors. The quantitative data (questionnaires) have been analyzed with the statistic program SPSS 20.0 and the qualitative data (interviews) have been analyzed with a common category system. The results show a high satisfaction index with the program in the four groups, although the monitors´ group is the most critical and its satisfaction have decreased in the last three years, due to economic, bureaucratic and formative reasons. All groups agree with the educative and formative approach of physical activity, though the students group shows less agreement level. This paper concludes with the requirement of integrate in the research communication methodologies, that allowed a higher participation of different groups to take decisions and develop the program.
