Abstract

The Day-care Centre is a socio-educative resource and an alternative judicial measure to internment for offender young people. The Day-care Centre receives youth people from the Juvenile Court in order to implement the judicial measures that have a social and educative character. The socialization level presented by the delinquent young people is very low and the behaviour they show in their interpersonal relationship leads to individual and group conflicts. The present study investigates and analyzes the socialization level of a significant group of young people who attend the Day-care Centre, by using the BAS 3 block of tests.
