O efeito do treinamento de agilidade nas habilidades de técnicas de agilidade de drible na revisão do índice de massa corporal para jogadoras iniciantes de futebol feminino

Resumo

Fundo. O drible é uma habilidade que os jogadores possuem para dominar o jogo de futebol, por isso muitos especialistas em futebol afirmam que a grandeza dos jogadores pode ser vista em suas habilidades de drible. Para melhorar as habilidades de drible, os jogadores devem praticar técnicas de agilidade. Isso inclui as capacidades de movimento corporal que os jogadores de futebol podem ter devido à sua grande agilidade, os dribles podem enfraquecer e quebrar a defesa inimiga. Propósito do estudo. Este estudo tem como objetivo examinar o efeito do treinamento de agilidade na agilidade das técnicas de drible em termos de índice de massa corporal em jogadoras iniciantes de futebol. Materiais e métodos. Esta pesquisa é quantitativa com método experimental e planejamento fatorial 2x2. A população do estudo foi de 36 jogadores. A amostra da pesquisa é de 32 jogadores. Os instrumentos de pesquisa são o teste de IMC e o Illinois Agility Ball Test (IATB). A técnica de análise de dados utilizou ANOVA bidirecional. Resultado. (1) Há uma diferença significativa no efeito das variações nos métodos de treinamento de exercícios de agilidade em obstáculos e exercícios de agilidade em escadas na agilidade das habilidades técnicas de drible. (2) Existe uma diferença significativa na agilidade das habilidades técnicas de drible entre jogadores com índice de massa corporal médio mais alto e índice de massa corporal médio mais baixo. (3) Existe um efeito significativo de interação entre os métodos de treinamento de exercício de agilidade com barreira e exercício de agilidade em escada com índice de massa corporal (média superior e média inferior) na agilidade das habilidades técnicas de drible de jogadoras iniciantes de futebol feminino. Conclusões. O método de treino de treino de agilidade com barreira foi o método mais eficaz utilizado para jogadores com índice de massa corporal médio inferior e o método de treino de treino de agilidade em escada foi mais eficaz para jogadores com índice de massa corporal médio inferior.
