Variações no desempenho físico durante uma temporada competitiva em jogadores selecionados futebol universitário por posição de jogo

Resumo

O futebol é um dos esportes mais populares em todo o mundo com um aumento recente no número de participantes do sexo feminino, o que exige um maior desempenho físico para esta população de acordo com o nível competitivo, no entanto, os dados disponíveis relacionados ao desempenho físico de jogadores de futebol mexicanos são limitados , portanto, o objetivo deste estudo foi investigar mudanças temporárias no desempenho físico durante uma temporada competitiva em jogadores de futebol universitário. O estudo incluiu 19 jogadores de futebol universitário divididos em três posições de jogo (defensores, meio-campistas e atacantes). Todos completaram três avaliações (T1, T2 e T3) que incluíram: desempenho de resistência aeróbica intermitente (30-15 teste de aptidão intermitente [IFT]), altura do salto (salto com contramovimento [CMJ]), velocidade linear ( 20 e 40 m), agilidade (teste T modificado) e força máxima (1RM-SQ). Em relação aos resultados, encontramos mudanças no geral ao longo da temporada onde se destaca o sprint de 20 m em T2 (ES = 0,60; IC 90%: 0,22;0,97) e em 1RM-SQ em T2 ( ES = 0,57; IC 90% : 0,16;0,98) e T3 (ES = 1,04; IC90%: 0,63;1,44). Por posição as principais alterações foram no VO2max30-15IFT nos médios (ES = -0,86; IC90%: -1,49; -0,23) em T2, assim como no 1RM-SQ em todas as posições em T2 e T3 com alterações de moderado a grande. O acompanhamento das capacidades físicas ao longo da temporada é muito importante para a elaboração de programas de treinamento individualizados para cada posição de jogo.
