Relação entre os níveis de ansiedade e o desempenho de atletas atléticos adolescentes em números de tri-corrida

Este estudo tem como objetivo examinar a relação entre a ansiedade do atleta e o desempenho do triatleta em atletas adolescentes. Os sujeitos consistiram em 95 atletas que participaram do campeonato O2SN do ensino médio. Essa investigação foi realizada em um dia, o instrumento de ansiedade foi aplicado após o campeonato e o desempenho do atleta foi calculado com base no desempenho geral do atleta, obtido a partir dos resultados oficiais do comitê de competição. No instrumento de ansiedade, é utilizada a Escala de Ansiedade Esportiva 2 (SAS-2), que é composta por 15 questões, mais 9 questões sobre as dificuldades dos atletas em realizar competições para cada número de corrida, que são retiradas do Manual Mundial da Federação de Atletismo. (WAF) sobre as regras. ou fluxo de corrida de cada número de corrida. A relação entre ansiedade e desempenho de triatletas no início do atletismo adolescente é investigada por meio da análise de correlação de Pearson. Há uma correlação negativa muito forte entre a ansiedade e o desempenho em três corridas de atletas do início da adolescência com r = -0,834, e o número do salto em distância é um número de corrida com alta ansiedade e dificuldade com base nos resultados da percepção de atletas do início da adolescência.
