Avaliação dos fatores que interferem na coordenação de membros superiores em crianças com paralisia cerebral: uma revisão narrativa

Introdução: O objetivo deste estudo é avaliar a evolução dos déficits de coordenação motora de membros superiores em crianças com paralisia cerebral (PC). Métodos: Esta é uma revisão narrativa de estudos que monitoram as diretrizes do PRISMA que foram seguidas durante a concepção, pesquisa e relatório. Resultados: Os artigos foram triados por meio da leitura dos títulos e resumos ou artigos completos. Esse processo resultou em um total de 11 estudos que atenderam aos critérios de seleção e, portanto, foram incluídos na revisão narrativa e considerados elegíveis para avaliação de qualidade usando a escala MINORS, a ferramenta de avaliação de qualidade. Qualidade do NIH para estudos de coorte transversais e observacionais e o Lista de verificação CASP. Conclusão: Fatores como estruturas e funções corporais, tempo e idade da criança, relação entre os fatores e instrumentos de avaliação podem influenciar na avaliação e apresentação da coordenação do membro superior em crianças com paralisia cerebral. Pesquisa de alto nível é necessária, com foco em intervenções que abordam os fatores encontrados nesta revisão.
