Estudo Piloto da Avaliação da Ansiedade e Atenção através da Percussão Corporal e da Neuromotricidade em Alunos do Ensino Secundário das aulas de Educação Física, Música e Artes Visuais

Resumo

O objetivo deste estudo é medir quantitativamente o efeito do programa de estimulação cognitiva e socioemocional através do método de neuromotricidade BAPNE na ansiedade-traço, na ansiedade-estado e na rede atencional em alunos do 3º ano do Ensino Secundário Obrigatório. A pesquisa foi realizada em um centro educacional da Região de Múrcia (Espanha). Os participantes foram N=105 alunos divididos em grupo experimental (n=53) e grupo controle (n=52). Uma intervenção de 50 minutos cinco vezes por semana durante 30 semanas foi aplicada ao grupo experimental usando vários programas de atividades do método BAPNE. O grupo de controle continuou com seu programa sem nenhuma alteração. Um projeto quase-experimental entre sujeitos foi usado com medidas de avaliação pré e pós-intervenção. Os instrumentos de avaliação foram o teste de ansiedade (IDATE) e o teste de atenção (Caras-R). Os softwares estatísticos SPSS versão 25 para Windows e Microsoft Excel foram utilizados para a elaboração de Tabelas e Figuras. Testes paramétricos e não paramétricos foram aplicados de acordo com a exigência estatística. Ao comparar a diferença entre o pré-teste e o pós-teste, foram observados resultados estatisticamente significativos a favor do grupo experimental na ansiedade-estado (p<0,001), na ansiedade-traço (p<0,001) e no aumento do número de acertos líquidos em o teste de atenção (p<0,001). Com base nos resultados, concluímos que o programa de atividades do método BAPNE aplicado possivelmente poderia servir para reduzir a ansiedade e aumentar a atenção dos alunos em questão, tanto no sexo masculino quanto no feminino.
