Efeitos de 8 semanas de treinamento desestabilizador de superfície estável vs instável no resultado da tacada em golfistas de elite

Resumo

Objetivo: Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo comparar o efeito de dois programas de intervenção usando superfícies estáveis ​​ou instáveis ​​na velocidade e distância de rebatida em tacada/swing de golfe. Métodos: Vinte e cinco golfistas de elite (19,20 ± 1,77 anos, altura = 181,12 ± 4 cm, massa corporal = 75,35 ± 5,83; kg, IMC = 22,71 ± 1,76 kg.m2, handicap: 2,49 ± 2,56) foram aleatoriamente Programas de treinamento de 8 semanas com base em superfície instável (n = 12) ou treinamento de superfície estável (n = 13). As medidas da distância de carregamento e da velocidade da cabeça do taco foram realizadas utilizando o sistema Trackman Golf®, com cada participante executando cinco swings e obtendo a média e a melhor distância. Resultados: Não foram encontradas mudanças significativas (p < 0,05) na velocidade da cabeça do taco ou distância de carregamento após a intervenção no grupo de treinamento de superfície estável ou superfície instável. Conclusões: A intervenção proposta utilizando superfícies de instabilidade não proporciona qualquer benefício adicional ao treino em superfícies estáveis ​​no desempenho específico da pancada em golfistas de elite.
