Uma combinação de treinamento de levantamento terra com pernas rígidas e flexão suíça para agilidade, assimetria de isquiotibiais e força das pernas em atletas de badminton com condições de assimetria de isquiotibiais

A fisioterapia baseada em exercícios tornou-se um elemento crucial da medicina esportiva, especialmente para tratar condições como a assimetria dos isquiotibiais em atletas. Descobrir o impacto de 10 semanas de levantamento terra com pernas rígidas e treinamento de flexão dos isquiotibiais com bola suíça nas assimetrias dos isquiotibiais, agilidade e potência das pernas em atletas de badminton com condições de assimetria. O desenho de estudo utilizado foi um desenho quase experimental pré-pós. O programa preparado deu à amostra uma combinação de levantamento terra com pernas rígidas e treinamento de flexão dos isquiotibiais com bola suíça por 10 semanas. Os dados foram coletados duas vezes no pré e pós-teste, medindo a assimetria dos isquiotibiais com o Norboard, a agilidade com o Illinois Agility Run Test e a potência das pernas com o Force Plate. Testes t de amostras pareadas e testes de Wilcoxon foram usados para comparar os resultados dos testes iniciais obtidos antes e depois do treinamento de fortalecimento dos isquiotibiais por 10 semanas, resultando em um valor de p inferior a 0,05. Os resultados do teste de Wilcoxon para a variável assimetria dos isquiotibiais apresentam valor de p de 0,000 e a variável agilidade apresenta valor de p de 0,001. Enquanto isso, a variável potência das pernas usando um teste t de amostras pareadas resultou em um valor de p de 0,035. Participar de um programa de treinamento de 10 semanas combinando levantamento terra com rigidez das pernas e rosca direta dos isquiotibiais com bola suíça pode melhorar a força dos isquiotibiais e melhorar a agilidade e potência das pernas em atletas com assimetria dos isquiotibiais ≥ 10%.
