Melhorando as habilidades de resolução de problemas por meio do aprendizado de educação física: uma análise abrangente

A educação física (EF) tem sido reconhecida há muito tempo como um componente essencial de uma educação holística, contribuindo não apenas para a aptidão física, mas também para o desenvolvimento cognitivo, social e emocional. Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo descobrir se a educação física pode melhorar as habilidades de resolução de problemas. O tipo de pesquisa utilizado nesta pesquisa é a pesquisa associativa (de relacionamento). O Inventário de Resolução de Problemas (PSI) é a ferramenta utilizada neste estudo. Este instrumento consiste em (1) confiança na resolução de problemas (r = 0,85), (2) estilo de abordagem-evitação (r = 0,88), (3) controle pessoal (r - 0,83). Os resultados da pesquisa que podem ser visualizados na tabela da matriz antiimagem determinam o nível de adequação das variáveis estudadas. Neste caso, as 3 variáveis do Inventário de Resolução de Problemas apresentam todas um valor > 0,50 com os seguintes detalhes: 1) Confiança na resolução de problemas 0,643; 2) Estilo de evitação de abordagem 0,501 e 3) Controle pessoal 0,501. Abaixo da variância total explicada acima na seção Autovalores iniciais, há apenas 1 fator formado a partir das 3 variáveis utilizadas. Porque a condição para se tornar um fator são os autovalores iniciais > 1 e podem explicar 43,273%, enquanto o valor das somas quadradas de extração de carga é 1,298 ou > 1 e pode explicar a variação de 43,273%. E tem variação acumulada de 43,273%. Com base nos resultados da pesquisa acima, pode-se concluir que os modelos de aprendizagem baseados em problemas podem melhorar os resultados de aprendizagem dos alunos do ensino médio em Padang. A resolução de problemas torna-se um componente essencial da vida, por isso a capacidade de resolver problemas deve estar incluída em toda aprendizagem.
