Efeitos do treinamento combinado de pliometria, velocidade e mudança de direção em jogadoras de futebol feminino sobre o desempenho físico

O objetivo deste estudo é determinar a influência do treinamento combinado de curto prazo de pliometria (PL), velocidade e mudança de direção (COD) dentro da prática regular de futebol nos saltos, velocidade e mudança de direção de jogadoras de futebol feminino durante a temporada. . Vinte e três sujeitos foram aleatoriamente designados para PL + velocidade + COD (COMB) ou grupo controle (GC). Os indivíduos realizaram 2 sessões por semana durante 6 semanas. Antes e após o treinamento foram analisados saltos com contramovimento (CMJ), saltos com contramovimento de braços (CMJA), sprints de 10 metros (m) - 20 metros e testes L-RUN. A análise intragrupo mostrou melhorias substanciais no CMJ (tamanho do efeito [ES] = 0,92), corrida de 20 m (ES: <0,001), corrida L (ES: <0,001). A análise entre grupos mostrou melhorias significativas no sprint de 20 metros (p ≤ 0,001). Não foram observadas melhorias significativas no CMJ (p ≤ 0,95); CMJA (p ≤ 0,61); corrida de 10 m (p ≤ 0,23); L-Run (p ≤ 0,24) nos grupos experimentais em comparação ao GC. Substituir alguns exercícios de futebol de baixa intensidade por exercícios PL combinados com sprints e COD, durante o aquecimento, poderia ser uma possível opção para otimizar o desempenho do sprint.
