Períodos sensíveis para o desenvolvimento de resistência em escolares

Resumo

O objetivo do estudo é determinar os períodos etários favoráveis ​​para o desenvolvimento de resistência em escolares de 7 a 18 anos. Métodos: De 15 de setembro de 2022 a 23 de maio de 2023, um total de 1.215 alunos da 1ª à 11ª série da escola de educação geral da cidade de Kirov, na Rússia, participaram do estudo pedagógico. Os indicadores foram considerados em 578 meninos e 637 meninas de 7 a 18 anos que frequentavam aulas de educação física na escola, mas não praticavam esporte. Todos os alunos participaram de um programa padrão de educação física na escola, 3 vezes por semana, durante 40 minutos. O nível de desenvolvimento de resistência nos escolares no início e no final do estudo foi determinado pelo teste de Cooper de 6 minutos. No processamento estatístico dos resultados foram utilizados os programas Excel e Biostatistica 2022. Resultados: após o final do estudo, foi encontrado um aumento confiável nos indicadores de resistência em crianças do 2º ano e do 8º ao 11º ano, os dados de resistência melhoraram em média em 12-16% (p<0,05). Nas meninas, um aumento confiável nos indicadores de resistência foi encontrado na 2ª série, e da 9ª à 11ª série, os resultados no teste de Cooper foram maiores em 12-15% (p<0,05) . Elevados aumentos nos indicadores de resistência também foram registrados em meninos e meninas na 4ª série, 8% e 9%, respectivamente (p>0,05). Conclusões: de acordo com os resultados do estudo, podemos afirmar que o período favorável para o desenvolvimento de resistência em meninos é a idade de 8 a 9 anos e de 14 a 18 anos, e nas meninas de 8 a 9 anos e de 15 a 18 anos. anos. Além disso, uma alta manifestação de indicadores de resistência é observada na idade de 10 a 11 anos, tanto em meninos quanto em meninas.
