É possível propor uma estratégia de periodização diferente do U invertido na pré-temporada? Uma comparação entre dois times de futebol profissional

Resumo

Objetivo: O objetivo principal deste estudo foi quantificar e comparar as cargas externas semanais da pré-temporada em duas equipes de futebol profissional. Métodos: Quarenta e cinco jogadores de duas equipes foram monitorados diariamente por dispositivos GPS durante um período de pré-temporada de cinco semanas. As medidas de carga externa foram: número de sessões, duração total, carga de aceleração (aLoad), distância total (TD), distância >21 km h-1 (TD21), distância >24 km h-1 (TD24) e jogador -Carga® (PL). Resultados: houve diferenças na carga externa semanal entre as duas equipes. A Equipe1 treinou 30% mais tempo e sessões de treinamento que a Equipe2, portanto a carga semanal para todas as variáveis ​​de carga externa foi maior, exceto para aLoad e TD21 para W1 (Team2>Team1, p<0,05). Essas diferenças entre as equipes não foram semelhantes para todas as semanas, com diferenças maiores nas semanas 2, 3 e 4. Enquanto a Equipe2 propôs uma distribuição mais estável e progressiva nas distâncias de alta velocidade (TD21 e TD24) entre as semanas, a Equipe1 utilizou o U invertido. modelo. Neste sentido, as variações entre semanas foram menores para a Equipa2 (de -4% para 38%) do que para a Equipa1 (de -26% para 1.653%). Conclusões: A principal conclusão do estudo foi que além do gerenciamento de carga com modelo U invertido, mais difundido no futebol profissional, uma estratégia de distribuição de carga mais estável e progressiva pode ser proposta na pré-temporada no campo profissional.
