Efeitos da combinação de ABC Running e Bodyweight Training: Um estudo de caso sobre a velocidade de atletas com barreiras

Resumo

A utilização do exercício na prática desportiva deve ser acertada na componente física necessária. Da mesma forma, os obstáculos não usam apenas velocidade, eles exigem força para obter resultados máximos. O objetivo do estudo foi analisar os efeitos derivados da utilização dos exercícios Running ABC combinados com Bodyweight Training. O desenho do estudo utilizou um pré-teste de dois grupos de 22 indivíduos treinados do sexo masculino inscritos no estudo. A primeira etapa inclui testes iniciais para verificar a capacidade inicial e como base para determinar o grupo de tratamento, que é dividido em dois grupos com padrões A-B-B-A emparelhados ordinalmente para alinhamento do grupo. O grupo 1 recebeu exercícios de corrida ABC e o grupo 2 recebeu exercícios de corrida ABC combinados com treinamento de peso corporal. Cada grupo foi treinado para 16 encontros. O instrumento de teste utilizado é uma corrida de 50 jardas sobre obstáculos que mede a velocidade do tempo de deslocamento do atleta. A técnica de análise de dados utilizada foi um teste de diferença com estatística IBM SPSS 24. Os resultados do estudo foram obtidos a partir da análise dos dados, houve diferença significativa entre o grupo 1 que utilizou apenas exercícios de Running ABC com o grupo 2 que utilizou Running Exercícios ABC combinados com exercícios Bodyweight Training com valor de diferença de 0,043<0,05. Isso significa que a corrida ABC (agilidade, equilíbrio e coordenação) e o treinamento com peso corporal são importantes para aumentar a velocidade de corrida dos atletas com barreiras, mas combinar o peso corporal e o treinamento ABC (agilidade, equilíbrio e coordenação) é mais eficaz do que treinar com apenas um tipo de exercício físico. Ao combinar exercícios de corrida ABC e treinamento com peso corporal, os treinadores podem melhorar o condicionamento físico geral e a técnica de seus atletas, melhorando efetivamente o equilíbrio, a coordenação e a força funcional.
