Resumo

O treinamento físico estruturado e eficaz é a principal chave para desbloquear seu potencial máximo em campo. O programa SABC pode ajudar jovens jogadores de futebol a melhorar a velocidade de reação às situações em campo, melhorar o controle de bola com maior precisão e eficácia e tomar decisões de passe mais precisas e oportunas. Além disso, ajuda a melhorar a capacidade de criar oportunidades de gol e melhorar as habilidades de corrida e drible em alta velocidade, permitindo-lhes atacar de forma mais eficaz a defesa adversária. Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo desenhar um programa de treinamento integrado focado em Velocidade, Agilidade, Equilíbrio e Coordenação. Os participantes do estudo foram 30 jovens jogadores de futebol com idade entre 15,5 ± 0,5 anos. O programa de treinamento experimental foi realizado duas vezes por semana durante 12 semanas, com medições iniciais e finais. Este treino incluiu vários exercícios focados em Velocidade, Agilidade, Equilíbrio e Coordenação. Os resultados da análise dos dados indicaram que o treino SABC teve um impacto significativamente positivo na melhoria das competências dos jogadores. A discussão conclui que uma abordagem holística no treino de futebol, considerando Velocidade, Agilidade, Equilíbrio e Coordenação, é uma abordagem eficaz para melhorar a qualidade dos jovens jogadores de futebol. Este programa de treinamento ajuda a desenvolver jogadores mais completos e de alta qualidade em vários aspectos do jogo. As conclusões desta investigação têm importantes implicações práticas para treinadores, organizações de futebol e jovens jogadores que desejam melhorar as suas competências no SABC. Em pesquisas futuras, poderá haver espaço para compreender melhor o papel de cada aspecto do SABC na melhoria do desempenho de jovens jogadores de futebol.
