Análise de dois métodos de treinamento para o desenvolvimento do salto em líderes de torcida juvenis de elite

Resumo

Hoje, a torcida passou por uma transformação significativa, passando de ser considerada uma atividade paralela para se tornar um esporte altamente competitivo. O objetivo deste estudo foi determinar qual dos dois métodos de treinamento pode ser mais eficiente no desenvolvimento da força explosiva de membros inferiores, avaliada por meio dos componentes da bateria Bosco em dois grupos de líderes de torcida de elite. As variáveis ​​foram: CMJ, SJ, Abalakov, índice elástico, capacidade elástica, contribuição do braço e potência de Abalakov. Os resultados mostram que ambos os sistemas de treinamento influenciam a altura do salto nas variáveis ​​CMJ, SJ, Abalakov, onde predominam os maiores valores no treinamento de força. Concluindo, enfatiza-se a importância da implementação de programas de treinamento combinados que integrem pliometria e força na academia para potencializar a força explosiva em membros inferiores, especialmente em líderes de torcida do sexo feminino. Esta estratégia apresenta-se como fundamental para responder às diversas exigências físicas das competições e otimizar o desempenho no campo altamente competitivo das líderes de claque.
