Explorando fatores que afetam a saúde física percebida através da participação esportiva: uma abordagem PLS-SEM

Este estudo tem como objetivo testar modelos relacionados à influência da autoliderança, das relações sociais e da orientação de habilidades esportivas na percepção da saúde física por meio da participação esportiva. A análise dos dados foi realizada pelo método de mínimos quadrados parciais (PLS), que determina validade de conteúdo, variância média extraída (AVE), modelo interno e teste de hipóteses. 1.351 voluntários participaram deste estudo. Eles vêm de 18 regiões da Sumatra Ocidental. As técnicas de coleta de dados deste estudo utilizaram técnicas de pesquisa por meio do Google Forms e divulgadas pelas redes sociais WhatsApp. Os resultados mostraram: 1) a relação tem efeito significativo na percepção de saúde física (t-count > t-table) =13,437 > 1,966. 2) A autoliderança não tem efeito significativo na percepção de saúde física (t-count < t-table) = 0,189 > 1,966. 3) A liderança autônoma tem um efeito significativo nos relacionamentos (contagem t > tabela t) = 20,598 > 1,966. 4) A autonomia tem um efeito significativo na orientação de habilidades (contagem t > tabela t) = 65,769 > 1,966. 5) A orientação de habilidades tem um efeito significativo na saúde física percebida (contagem t > tabela t) = 3,387 > 1,966. 6) A orientação para competências não tem efeito significativo na relação (t-count <t-table) = 1,065 > 1,966. Assim, a autoliderança não influencia diretamente a saúde física, mas afeta as relações sociais e a orientação das capacidades físicas. Estas duas variáveis afetam diretamente a percepção das pessoas de desfrutarem de boa saúde física. Os resultados deste estudo podem ser úteis na concepção de estratégias mais eficazes para melhorar as percepções da saúde física, desenvolvendo a autoliderança, fortalecendo as relações sociais e melhorando a orientação para as habilidades físicas.
