Impacto da utilização de pistas auditivas, visuais e táteis na dupla tarefa na Doença de Parkinson- uma revisão sistemática

Objetivo: Caracterizar, através de uma revisão sistemática, a influência de diferentes tipologias de pistas (auditiva, visual, tátil) no desempenho da dupla-tarefa na Doença de Parkinson. Metodologia: A pesquisa primária foi realizada nas bases de dados PubMed, Scopus e Science Direct. Os estudos foram incluídos de acordo com os critérios de elegibilidade: (i) artigos publicados em revistas/jornais científicos; (ii) publicados nos últimos 10 anos; (iii) escritos na língua portuguesa, espanhola e inglesa; (iv) com inclusão de participantes com doença de Parkinson, mesmo que em grupos mistos, mas com dados específicos de desempenho em dupla tarefa; (v) com descrição de intervenção em dupla tarefa. Resultados: 13 artigos foram incluídos nesta revisão sistemática: 5 de boa qualidade, 7 de qualidade razoável, e um de qualidade pobre. Verifica-se maior utilização de pistas visuais, em 6 estudos; 3 estudos com pistas auditivas; 2 com pistas táteis e 2 com pistas audiovisuais. Relativamente à dupla tarefa: 8 estudos realizaram dupla tarefa cognitiva, 2 estudos dupla tarefa motora e 3 efetuaram ambas. Apenas 3 estudos usaram medidas de correlação entre pistas e o desempenho da dupla tarefa. A presente revisão demonstra que as pistas (visuais e motoras) melhoram as características espaciotemporais da marcha na Doença de Parkinson e que a dupla tarefa, por outro lado, representa uma maior exigência no planeamento do movimento. Conclusão: Esta revisão sistemática identificou uma significativa variabilidade nas metodologias usadas. As pistas visuais destacam-se pela sua utilização mais frequente na Doença de Parkinson. De forma geral, a utilização de pistas parece aumentar o desempenho nestes pacientes.
