Aprendizagem cooperativa e formação suspensa no Ensino Secundário: Impacto nas necessidades psicológicas básicas

Resumo

O objetivo do estudo foi avaliar o efeito na satisfação das necessidades psicológicas básicas (BNP) da utilização do modelo de aprendizagem cooperativa (AC) em situação de aprendizagem (SA) no condicionamento físico por meio do treinamento suspenso (TRX). de gênero. Participaram nesta experiência 26 alunos do Ensino Secundário e realizaram um SA de 6 sessões. Foi utilizado um desenho quase-experimental a partir de uma abordagem metodológica mista, em que as fontes de dados quantitativos foram complementadas através da Escala de Satisfação do NPB em Educação Física (Trigueros et al., 2019), e os dados qualitativos através da realização de um grupo focal (GF). Os dados quantitativos foram submetidos à análise descritiva e à aplicação do teste não paramétrico de Wilcoxon para amostras relacionadas. Foi realizada análise de conteúdo com os dados qualitativos. Os resultados da escala, tomando como referência todo o grupo, indicam diferenças significativas a favor do pós-teste na novidade NPB, porém, quando segregados por sexo, apenas as pontuações dos meninos alcançaram significância na mesma. Contudo, a análise de conteúdo do grupo focal mostra afirmações favoráveis ​​a todos os BNP, embora tenha sido também a novidade que atraiu o maior número de intervenções, seguida da relação com os outros, da competência e da autonomia. A triangulação dos resultados permitiu revelar que a utilização de uma metodologia ativa e de material inédito pode contribuir para a satisfação dos NPB em Educação Física (EF).
