Dupla tarefa e movimento: um estudo bibliométrico baseado em buscadores de alto impacto

O interesse e o impacto das produções científicas sobre a dupla tarefa e movimento nos últimos anos têm evidenciado a relevância mundial deste tema, especialmente no campo da neurociência, da neurorreabilitação e da estimulação cognitiva. Por isso, o objetivo desta pesquisa é realizar um estudo bibliométrico sobre a produção científica publicada em torno da dupla tarefa e da movimentação nos buscadores de alto impacto na última década, ou seja, de 2012 até o presente ano de 2022. Uma vez classificada e dividida toda a informação, foi realizada uma triagem, obtendo-se uma amostra final de 175 artigos. As principais conclusões que emergem da investigação analisada destacam os grandes benefícios que a dupla tarefa associada ao movimento tem para o ser humano, especialmente na idade avançada. Apesar disso, deve-se notar que estudos recentes se concentram em participantes muito mais jovens, a maioria dos quais em idade escolar. Portanto, se se sabe que esta prática é tão eficaz, seria conveniente aplicá-la no campo educacional para ver se pode realmente melhorar o desenvolvimento integral do ser humano.
