Propriedades psicométricas da versão peruana do Teste de Desenvolvimento Motor Grosso – Terceira Edição

Resumo

O Teste de Desenvolvimento Motor Grosso – Terceira Edição (TGMD-3) avalia a competência das habilidades motoras fundamentais de crianças de 3 a 10 anos. Os objetivos do estudo foram traduzir o TGMD-3 para o espanhol peruano e analisar as propriedades psicométricas de crianças peruanas de 6 a 10 anos. Foi realizada uma tradução transcultural do TGMD-3 para ter uma versão em espanhol peruano. O estudo envolveu 19 profissionais e 348 crianças peruanas de 6 a 10 anos recrutadas nas três regiões naturais do Peru (litoral, serra e selva). A concordância na avaliação dos itens entre os especialistas foi adequada (Índice de Validade de Conteúdo > 94,4%; Coeficiente Kappa > 0,802). A análise fatorial confirmatória corroborou a validade do modelo de dois fatores (qui-quadrado em graus de liberdade = 1,618; índice de ajuste comparativo = 0,905; erro quadrático médio de aproximação = 0,042; raiz quadrada média residual padronizada = 0,056; qualidade -of-fit index = 0,998), mostrando validade de construto aceitável. A validade concorrente confirmou as deficiências ou potencialidades motoras que as crianças apresentavam (-0,68, p < 0,001). Finalmente, os índices de fiabilidade obtidos (consistência interna = 0,851, teste-reteste = 0,951, inter-avaliadores = 0,963, intra-avaliadores = 0,983) cumpriram os padrões mais exigentes. Os resultados confirmaram que a versão peruana do TGMD-3 é apropriada para avaliar a competência das habilidades motoras fundamentais de crianças peruanas.
