Abstract. Mastering tactical directions in opposition situations in Taekwondo is an element of vital importance for the achievement of competitive objectives. The objective is to develop a model of tactical directions in opposition situations for Latin American taekwondists. This allows the characterization of the actions and the power for a modular training of the tactic. The methodology starts from the historicity, multidimensionality and systemic nature of the training of tactics in opposition situations in the sport of taekwondo in five countries, where through five stages and the use of Vosviewer 2021 software for the establishment of bibliometric analysis, SSPS 25.0 for the establishment of the diagnosis and LISREL 10.0 for the construction of the model allow to achieve the desired results. As results we can say that sports strategies have a positive impact on the tactical experience and negatively on the tactical training methodology. The tactical experience has a negative impact on the tactical characterization and positively on professional sports competition. The tactical training methodology has a negative impact on tactical situations and positively on competitive behavior. What enhances the model of tactical directions in opposition situations in Latin American Taekwondo.
