This article offers an approach to the present juridical situation of the processes of occupational incapacity - in the contributive and non-contributive types - for patients with psychological disorders, taking into account the wide range of nuances that this implies. Finally, some verdicts of the Spanish Superior Court of Justice are added, in order to illustrate the present situation about the jurisprudence referring to permanent contributive incapacity.Downloads
