Resumo

A autoeficácia refere-se à crença de uma pessoa em concluir certas atividades para alcançar resultados específicos. A autoeficácia de atletas de exercícios aeróbicos é um dos determinantes do sucesso na obtenção do título de campeão. A autoeficácia de atletas de exercícios aeróbicos deve ser cuidadosamente considerada, por isso é necessário desenvolver instrumentos padronizados e válidos para medir a autoeficácia de atletas aeróbicos. Os pesquisadores desenvolveram e validaram instrumentos com SEM-PLS para responder às questões de pesquisa acima. O número total de participantes que participaram foi de 205 de várias províncias da Indonésia. A análise dos dados foi realizada com a ajuda do SEM PLS 4. Os resultados mostraram que, a partir dos resultados do teste de validação e da análise fatorial, constatou-se que 18 itens foram declarados elegíveis e atenderam aos requisitos de uma escala de avaliação. exercício aeróbico. atletas. Os 18 itens são divididos em três dimensões principais: nível, força e generalidade. A partir dos achados deste estudo, a escala resultante foi denominada AA-SES (escala de autoeficácia do atleta aeróbico). Os resultados deste estudo fornecem uma imagem clara de como os treinadores podem medir a autoeficácia de atletas de exercícios aeróbicos.
