Condição psicossocial de professores de Educação Física segundo características sociodemográficas

Atualmente, os professores estão expostos a riscos psicossociais típicos do contexto educacional e é importante superar e antecipar as adversidades que isso acarreta. Por esse motivo, este estudo tem como objetivo analisar os níveis de estresse, síndrome de burnout e resiliência em professores de educação física, bem como estabelecer as relações existentes com base no gênero e na situação socioprofissional. O estudo teve um desenho não experimental, descritivo, comparativo e correlacional, com mensuração em um único grupo. A amostra foi composta por 415 professores de educação física de toda a Espanha, com faixa etária de 21-53 anos (M=28,78±6,15) e distribuição heterogênea, representando 69,4% do sexo masculino e 30,6% do sexo feminino. Para registro dos aspectos sociodemográficos, foram utilizados a Escala de Estresse Percebido (PSS), o Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), a Escala de Resiliência Connor-Davidson (CD-RISC) e um questionário Ad-Hoc. Por fim, observa-se que, para a síndrome de burnout, a subescala com maior pontuação é exaustão emocional, seguida de realização pessoal e despersonalização. Para resiliência, observa-se que a subescala com maior pontuação é competência pessoal, seguida de aceitação positiva, controle e propósito, tolerância a eventos negativos e influências espirituais.
