Adaptação da escala de Eston-Parfitt de percepção de esforço para crianças jogadores de futsal

Resumo

O objetivo do estudo foi obter a validade de conteúdo da Escala de Eston-Parfitt (E-P) para mensurar a percepção de esforço de crianças jogadoras de futsal. Para isso, a validade de conteúdo foi obtida por meio da consulta a especialistas e crianças. Os participantes foram 34 especialistas e 44 jogadores de futsal. Os especialistas foram solicitados a avaliar o grau de compreensão e adequação qualitativa e quantitativa do título, gráficos, rótulos, faixa de numeração e curva. Uma vez obtidas as avaliações dos especialistas, a escala foi modificada de acordo com os comentários recebidos. Quando a nova versão da escala foi obtida, a validade de conteúdo foi avaliada pelos jogadores. Os especialistas avaliaram positivamente o título, gráficos, rótulos, faixa numérica e curva, de acordo com a compreensão e adequação. No entanto, todas as suas contribuições qualitativas a esse respeito foram levadas em consideração. Os jogadores demonstraram que o instrumento era compreensível, uma vez que as três questões colocadas foram acertadas por pelo menos 90%. Consequentemente, por meio dessa escala, pode-se realizar uma avaliação mais adequada da percepção de esforço de crianças de 9 a 12 anos que jogam futsal, pois o instrumento foi adaptado a eles.
