Resumo

O objetivo do estudo é mostrar a associação que existe entre o desenvolvimento de habilidades motoras (HM) na adolescência e a adesão e manutenção à atividade física (AF). Metodologia: Foi realizada uma busca com o método PRISMA em cinco bases de dados; Medline, Scielo, Scopus, Web of Science e Lilacs. São considerados estudos sem restrição de desenho, de 2015 a 2020, disponíveis em português, inglês, espanhol e alemão, sendo que sua população de estudo incluirá adolescentes de 13 a 21 anos. Foram excluídos os artigos com menos de um ano de intervenção, fora das faixas etárias e apresentando patologias. Além disso, estudos que iniciaram sua intervenção na infância e terminaram no início da adolescência não foram incluídos. Resultados: foram identificados 17 estudos que abordam a abordagem de HM para obtenção de hábitos saudáveis ​​associados à AF e redução do sedentarismo, os quais mostram que o maior desempenho motor dos adolescentes aponta para maior participação em AF ou esportes, mas, além disso, existem outros fatores que parecem prever PA no futuro. Seja aptidão física, autoconceito físico, competência motora percebida, consumo de mídia, peso corporal e IMC. Conclusão: A diversificação do movimento nas aulas de Educação Física influencia diretamente no maior desenvolvimento das habilidades motoras na adolescência e na aquisição de hábitos na manutenção da AF.
