Níveis de adesão à dieta mediterrânea e inteligência emocional em alunos do terceiro ciclo do ensino primário na província de Granada

Resumo

A dieta mediterrânea é considerada um dos modelos alimentares mais saudáveis ​​e convenientes, pelo que o principal objetivo desta pesquisa é detalhar o tipo de dieta e os níveis de inteligência emocional dos alunos, bem como estabelecer as relações entre essas variáveis. Por este motivo, foi realizado um estudo descritivo no qual participaram um total de 293 alunos da província de Granada, utilizando um questionário sócio-acadêmico ad hoc, e os KIDMED e os Meta-testes Trait para coleta de dados. Escala de humor (TMMS-24). Por fim, os dados indicam que uma alta porcentagem de sujeitos pratica mais de três horas de atividade física fora da escola e precisa melhorar sua alimentação, enquanto mais da metade da população que apresenta uma dieta de baixa qualidade reflete um cuidado emocional adequado.
