Aplicação do modelo de aprendizagem da aptidão física através da brincadeira: como isso impacta os alunos da Escola Islâmica Madrasah Tsanawiyah?

A educação física é um conteúdo obrigatório do currículo do ministério de assuntos religiosos da Indonésia, especialmente para estudantes do ensino médio. Aprender a aplicar o currículo instituído pelo governo, porém, a implementação desse currículo ainda requer elaboração para ser mais operacional e poder ser aplicado nas escolas. A questão da baixa aptidão física, do conteúdo de aprendizagem e da motivação dos alunos na educação física continua a ser uma preocupação operacional. A criatividade é necessária para que o aprendizado da educação física seja de qualidade, interessante e capaz de melhorar a aptidão física em um aprendizado divertido e de qualidade. O objetivo de analisar a aplicação do aprendizado de educação física baseado em jogos para o desenvolvimento da aptidão física dos alunos. O método de pesquisa adotado é um tipo de pesquisa quantitativa, ou seja, um desenho quase-experimental com um desenho de grupo de controle pré-teste-pós-teste de dois grupos. A pesquisa foi realizada com 40 alunos divididos em duas turmas. Grupo experimental 20 alunos e grupo controle 20 alunos. Instrumento de fitness com teste de 800 metros para mulheres e 1000 metros para homens. Análise de dados utilizando teste t de amostras independentes. Os resultados mostraram que houve efeito significativo na aptidão física dos escolares do grupo experimental antes do tratamento (pré-teste) e após o tratamento (pós-teste), observado a partir do valor Sig de 0,000 < α 0,05. Além disso, o grupo controle também experimentou um aumento entre antes e depois do tratamento, conforme demonstrado pelo valor sig. 0,032. Os resultados mostraram que houve um aumento na aptidão física apresentada tanto pelo grupo controle quanto pelo grupo experimental. Está comprovado que o grupo experimental é melhor que o grupo controle com uma comparação de aumento de 51% no grupo controle e 62% no grupo experimental.
